Fruit milk with fruit skewer

  • 1 banana
  • 120 g berries as desired (raspberries, blackberries, currants, blueberries ...)
  • 1 peach
  • 100 ml pear juice
  • 130 g of cold kefir
  • Mineral water


  1. Peel and slice the banana. Pick and wash the berries. Peel peach, halve, remove the stone. Cut the pulp into small pieces. Set aside a few pieces of fruit for garnish.
  2. Puree the remaining pulp with pear juice and kefir. If the drink is too thick, stir in some mineral water.
  3. Fill the drink into two tall glasses. To garnish, place a cocktail skewer with the pieces of fruit on each glass and serve.
