Chervil shake

  • 2 bunches chervil
  • 250 ml celery juice
  • 450 ml buttermilk
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • Garnish chervil


  1. Wash the chervil, shake it dry, chop it roughly and mix well with the celery juice in the blender. Add the buttermilk, mix again and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Fill into glasses and serve garnished with chervil.
