Whole wheat flakes with peach

  • 2 peaches
  • 300 g sour milk
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup
  • 80g whole grain flakes
  • Peppermint for the garnish


  1. Blanch the peach, peel, skin, halve, pitted and cut into slices.
  2. Mix the sour milk and maple syrup. Spread wholegrain flakes and peach slices on two small plates. Pour the sour milk over it. Serve sprinkled with mint leaves.
