Kiwi cress shake

  • 6 kiwis
  • 1 box of garden cress
  • 1 teaspoon of liquid honey
  • ½ untreated lemon juice
  • 600 ml semi-dry sparkling wine
  • 6 tablespoons crushed ice


  1. Peel, halve and cut the kiwis into thin slices. Set some slices aside. Cut off the cress and finely puree with the kiwi, the honey, the lemon juice, sparkling wine and crushed ice in a blender.
  2. Fill into glasses and serve garnished with cress and kiwi slices.
