Paprika salad with feta

  • 3 peppers each 1 red, green & yellow
  • 2 red onions
  • 1 lettuce
  • 200 g of mild sheep's cheese
  • 4 tablespoons wine vinegar
  • 6 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the grinder


  1. Halve the peppers, remove the stem and core, wash and slice into thin strips on the vegetable slicer. Peel the onions and cut or slice into thin rings. Wash the lettuce, clean and roughly divide the leaves.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Crumble the sheep's cheese and sprinkle over it. Add vinegar, oil, salt and pepper to a marinade and drizzle over it. Spread out on plates and serve white bread as you like.
