Fruit muesli from the grill

  • 300 g oatmeal
  • 150 ml orange juice
  • 150 ml apple juice
  • 40 g dried fruit as desired, chopped (for example apricots, raisins)
  • 2 cooking apples
  • 2 pears
  • 200 g yoghurt
  • 1 peach
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar


  1. Mix oatmeal with juice and dried fruit.
  2. Wash and quarter one apple and the pears, remove core, grate, mix with yogurt and oatmeal.
  3. Wash and halve the other apple and peach, remove the core and stone, and cut into thin slices.
  4. Spread the muesli over ovenproof dishes, place the apple and peach slices on top, cover with knobs of butter and sprinkle with sugar. Bake under the pre-heated grill for approx. 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
