Tomatoes and cream cheese bagel

  • 4 sesame bagels
  • 250 g cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt
  • 50 g dried tomatoes in oil
  • 2 tablespoons capers
  • 2 tomatoes
  • Basil leaves for garnish


  1. Halve the bagels horizontally and toast as much as you like. Stir the cream cheese with the lemon juice until smooth and season with salt. Spread on the bottom part of the bagels.
  2. Chop the dried tomatoes and, with the capers, sprinkle on the cream cheese. Wash the tomatoes, cut out the stalk and slice. Place on the bagels and garnish with basil. Put the top on each and serve.
