Tomato and melon shake

  • 250 g tomatoes
  • 75 g peeled honeydew melon
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Worcester sauce
  • Salt
  • Whipped cream
  • Sweet paprika
  • 2 ice cubes from the freezer


  1. Wash tomatoes, remove stems and dice.
  2. Peel and dice the honeydew melon. Put tomatoes and melon in an electric juicer.
  3. Stir in the lemon juice and season with cayenne pepper, Worcestershire sauce and salt.
  4. Place ice cubes into a glass and pour the drink over them. Decorate with a tablespoon of whipped cream. Dust with paprika powder.
